Set amidst acres of lush gardens, fruit orchards, a rolling-mountain backdrop and a pristine mountain brook, it immediately pushes your life’s gear into a relaxed mode. But getting away does not mean leaving behind your comforts and standard.

The Cottages charm you instantly with their English old world beauty, but with modern luxurious comfort, gourmet food cooked with garden-fresh vegetables and fruit, quiet orchard walks and various sounds of nature.

Then, ofcourse, there is the warm hospitality of the owner, Anita (artist), who has opened the Cottages out of her passion for interacting with people and sharing with them the estate’s beauty and bountiful produce.

The appeal of Our Place Himalayas is more than that. Its an escape without compromise and a haven for all those seeking to go off the beaten track in order to seek rejuvenation amidst Nature.

While writing this review, I face a puzzle. On one hand, I would like to get onto the rooftop and scream and shout and tell everybody about this amazing little slice of heaven. But, on the other hand, I want to keep it a secret and preserve its untouched beauty.

We went to Kullu for a family holiday and stayed at Our Place, Raison. It was one of our best family holidays. The cottage we stayed in is located in the most beautiful area of the Kully Valley.

The cottages exceeded all our expectations! The setting and the outdoor spaces are absolutely beautiful. The sound of the Beas was soothing. The cherry on the cake was the organic food that we were served and the personalized service.

With a couple of spacious double-storied cottages, placed around a beautifully manicured garden, small patches of kiwi vines, breathtaking views of the great mountains, this property possesses a charm of its own.
