While writing this review, I face a puzzle. On one hand, I would like to get onto the rooftop and scream and shout and tell everybody about this amazing little slice of heaven. But, on the other hand, I want to keep it a secret and preserve its untouched beauty. Such is the draw of these beautiful cottages at Our Place Himalayas, we stayed in on our trip to Raison. The warmth of the Khullars who played the perfect hosts has left a warm fuzzy feeling in my heart that persists even 4 months after our last visit. If you are looking for tranquility and a place to rediscover yourself - look no further.

We went to Kullu for a family holiday and stayed at Our Place, Raison. It was one of our best family holidays. The cottage we stayed in is located in the most beautiful area of the Kully Valley. We could see the Rohtang Pass from the sundeck, walk up to the River Beas, walk through the fruit orchards, picnic by the river side, do rafting. The hosts went out of their way to make us comfortable. Food was awesome. This is a must-visit place.

The cottages exceeded all our expectations! The setting and the outdoor spaces are absolutely beautiful. The sound of the Beas was soothing. The cherry on the cake was the organic food that we were served and the personalized service. We shall certainly be returning in the near future for a longer stay.

With a couple of spacious double-storied cottages, placed around a beautifully manicured garden, small patches of kiwi vines, breathtaking views of the great mountains, this property possesses a charm of its own. Though it's marvel really lies not in the bliss that surrounds but in making you feel as much at home as away from home. We highly recommend this place for its Himalayan-styled pinewood cottages with private streams of mountain water, freshly cooked gourmet meals, and Himalayan hospitality.
